1. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order without an account.

However, you can easily check your order and keep your purchase history with an account.

2. Why did I not receive your Welcome Code after subscribing?

We will email you the Welcome Code right after you subscribe. Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still can't find it, please email us at: care@acetags.com

We recommend you to add our email address to your contact list so that you won't miss any discount information in the future.

3. Why don't you offer "S" size for your products?

Basically, we offer full size range for every product. Please look into the size conversion charts in "SIZING GUIDE" section in the product page when choosing your size for certain product. In some cases, "M" or "L" refers to the Small size other than "S".
