退换商品政策

  1. 顾客需在确认签收商品之日起7天内(按照物流签收后的第二天零时起计算时间,满168小时为7天)提出申请;并于退货申请获得ACE TAGS确认之日起7天内,将需要退回的商品寄出(以邮戳为准)。
  2. 退还至ACE TAGS的商品必须是全新的、未被使用过的、未被清洗过的、为修改过的、保持原有状态的、未被损坏的,且不影响二次销售的。
  3. 所有商品附属的标签、配件、证书、保修单据、保养说明、正品保证卡、备用纽扣、衣架、防尘袋以及包装盒需要一并退回至ACE TAGS。
  4. 出于安全和卫生考虑,贴身用品如内衣裤、袜子及泳衣类等商品,除质量问题外,不接受退货。
  5. 因商品质量问题产生的退货,退货运费由ACE TAGS承担。(需要顾客先行垫付,退款完成后联系客服退运费);因顾客个人原因产生的退货,购买时产生的运费及退货运费由顾客个人承担。
  6. 若顾客需要换货,请先办理退货,之后再下单购买需要的商品。

退货方法

若你需要退货,请将退货申请(订单号码+商品名称)发送至:care@acetags.com。

瑕疵品

如果商品在收到时即已损坏,或有质量问题,即为瑕疵商品。请注意,因正常穿着磨损造成损坏的商品以及人为造成损坏的商品不能被视为瑕疵商品。如果商品在收到时即有瑕疵,请立即于我们联系。

退款

  1. 一旦ACE TAGS收到顾客的退货,且其符合我们的退换货政策,我们将通过顾客原本的付款方式进行退款。
  2. ACE TAGS无法退回进口关税和其他相关税费。但是,您可以直接联系当地海关索回这些费用。
  3. 请注意,鉴于不同支付方式所需的处理时间不同,退款金额将在14个工作日内转至您的账户。

 

RETURN POLICY

We'll gladly accept return of your purchases for a refund, provided that:

  1. Return must be requested for an authorization within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Merchandise must be then mailed to ACE TAGS within 7 days of the return being authorized.
  3. All tags, accessories, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards, extra buttons, hangers, dust bags and boxes (in the case of shoes) are intact and returned together with the Merchandise.
  4. The Merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition originally sold (in the case of shoes that the soles are not scratched or dirty); and that the Merchandise is not damaged in any way.
  5. The Merchandise does not fall within the category of “Excluded Items” as defined below.

Returns outside 14-day window of receipt (as the case may be) may be accepted at the sole discretion of ACE TAGS.

All returns must be authorized via email or phone prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. 

If your merchandise is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault) as defined below, please contact us immediately.

How To Return

Please send the return request stating order number and item name to: care@acetags.com.

Excluded Items

“Excluded Items” include sale items, marked down items, lingerie, underwear, hosiery, swimwear. The only exception permitted in the case of Excluded Items is in the case of “Faulty Merchandise”.

Faulty Merchandise

The merchandise is classified as faulty if it is received damaged, or with manufacturing fault. Please note that merchandise that is damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered to be faulty.

The merchandise will be returned to the Supplier or for independent assessment by a third party to determine whether the merchandise is faulty.

If the merchandise is determined to be Faulty Merchandise, we will offer to repair it. If you would like to exchange the Faulty Merchandise, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to stock availability. You will receive a full refund if the Faulty Merchandise cannot be repaired or replaced.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to return Merchandise other than Excluded Items for an exchange, you will need to return the original item for which you will be refunded and then you can place a new order.

REFUND

Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.

Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount of the value of the Merchandise only on presentation by the customer of the original invoice within 7 days of receipt of the returned Merchandise.

Please be aware that payments can take up 14 or more working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
